ITunes saying "Verifying Updated iPhone Software"

As the title says, I'm stuck in Verifying Updated Iphone Software. I've also tried downloading the firmware manually from something like IPSW.com, and get stuck in Sending FDR Trust Data. Any help?

Have you kept any backups? If so, try restoring the phone. If any problem pops up. Itunes should show an error with a number next to it. For expample, “error (-1)” google the phrase and see what the problem is.

Try doing restore via 3uTools (You can download it from 3u.com) might work out for you if you have a windows computer.

Sorry, forgot to mention. I've tried 3uTools and thats where I got the "Sending FDR Trust Data"
