I need to open the back panel to clean out the TV.

if your Tv is a Samsung LN46A530P1FXZA then you need to remove the screws on the back of the TV, then pull the rear off.

please verify that your TV is a Samsung LN46A530P1FXZA. BTW there is really not a whole lot that would require you to clean. Any issues with your TV?
