Automatic transmission not shifting from 3rd to 4th
On my 84 Toyota pick up fuel injected 22 RE SR5 model, it will not shift from 3rd to 4th until it warms up at least 20 minutes. Everything was running great, this vehicle only has 57,000 miles on it. Any ideas?

I have change the Filter, fluid and put some BW conditioner in it.
