My iPhone 6s cant restore. Says verifying iPhone restore and wont go

So my iphone 6s was alright until a few days ago. While using messages, my phone just froze up. I waited for around 10 minutes until hard reseting it. After, it was stuck on the apple logo which i waited another hour to see what would happen. Then i put it into itunes for restore or update. I tried to restore it and it was stuck on verifying iphone restore for the whole time. I waited overnight to see what would happen. And when i woke up it was still there. I also used 3rd party software to try to see if it would work but nothing would work.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Hi Travis,

Sorry for what you’ve encountered, but I’d like to give some advice that might be of assistance for you.

1. Check Network Connection - It is the most elemental thing to do since the restoring process requires the best internet connection.

2. Try Another Computer - There are many reasons why your PC is not supporting the function. So try to restore on another computer.

3. Turn Off Anti-virus Software - You need to check if these software are on in your system and acting as culprit. Make them temporarily disabled, at least until the restoring gets completed.

4. Update iTunes to the Latest Version - I recommend you to check time to time about the new update of your iTunes and install it whenever available.

As you have used third-party software, you may find if there’s another one that may work to your case.

I hope this information useful.

Good luck!

Hello i have tried everything on the list. Even going to the apple store and 3rd party repair stores and they cant figure whats wrong with the device. I have searched some forums and it seems to be something hardware wise. I dont know where to go from here.

If it is a hardware error. Apple do not repair as they replace. You may find a local phone repair store who can detect the problem and fix it. Thank you!
