My rear ac won’t power on! Please help

Yesterday while sitting in line to pick up my son from school, my REAR air started turning on and off. It’s about 95 degrees here and I thought my too littlest were doing it. My son said no mommy it’s doing it all by itself. Today it won’t turn on. The front works perfectly fine
