Damage from removing back cover

I previously had my battery replaced. And then my screen cracked, so I decided to repair it myself. When I removed the back cover, the previous tech had damaged then put adhesive on the the small printed circuit decalsjust under the cover in the corners. Now they are torn. I completed the repair and placed them back as best I could and everything still seems to work, but what are these for? Can or should I replace them?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Their for GPS, Wi-Fi and Cellular 3G / 4G reception.

I haven't noticed any difference with reception performance and another user here reported the same thing when they ripped the orange / brown antenna stickers on the midframe housing.

So it should be fine without them.
