How can I run another operation system have replaced a hard drive?

My probook640G3 have replaced a new hard drive and can't boot from USB drive. What should I do?

paulgivens since you replaced the HDD you will no longer have a recovery partition etc. you would have to reinstall your OS from either an optical drive or USB drive. You do however have to change the computer boot order, which is the order of devices listed in BIOS where the computer looks for startup information. You can change the selection to an optical drive or a USB flash drive.
