Hi @tolulopeseun

Would suggest you to try this step,

1. Get a monitor / external display.

2. Connect to your laptop.

3. You might need to use Fn + F8 to allow projecting to secondary display.

If the external display is well, some possible issue which are causing this.

  1. Bad LCD panel
  2. Bad LVDS Cable
  3. Bad Graphic Card
