I don’t know a way around that (I know for google account) but you can search for Samsung account bypass on YouTube videos.
Search on Youtube for something like ‘Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime Google / Samsung Account bypass’.

This phone is locked b ed because of anabnormal factory reset sign in to the Samsung account that was previously used on this phone to confirm that it belongs to you
