The power outlet is broken
So my calculator has the charger port and had a thing in the charger port and the thing fell out and now it won’t charge what should I do because I can’t by a new one

your charging port is a mini USB port and it is soldered to the circuit board
As such you will have to disassemble your calculator and remove the board. Then desolder teh port and resolder a new one. Hard part will be to find a replacement. Sometimes you can find them on mouser.com or digikey.com by measuring the old one and comparing it to those that are available.
The disassembly is principally the same as for TI84 Plus the TI-84 Plus Silver Edition Motherboard and Screen Replacement
