Battery is stuck in phone.

Tried to take the battery out and the strips broke. Can’t leverage the battery to get a grip on them and can’t get the battery out. I’ve seen some videos online on how to trouble shoot it but it entails taking out most of the phone. Is this the only option?

Use an isesamo to pry up the battery from the frame side, until you can see the white pull tab, grab it with fine point tweezers.

but first—why are you changing your se battery? That phone is young to need a battery change

I was honestly just trying to see if I could do it for future reference. I had to change my screen a few times and thought it was fun taking the phone apart. I didn’t know the battery would be that much more challenging. I just kept the battery in and will attempt to change it later if/when I need to. Thanks, though!
