How do you transfer the iPads digitizerframe to new digitizer?

I have a iPad Wifi 16GB 1st Generation and i have taken it all apart but the new digitizer has no plastic frame which is what holds the glass and is stuck on with adhesive. I used a hairdryer and pried off all the broken glass and adhesive and i have bought some new clips and put them on ready to go.

I have also put on the new adhesive on the frame ready to stick on the new glass but i dont know how to do this !! please help :)
