My wifi adapter isnt working

So my wifi module will not switch on, I got the below error when looking at the driver for the adapter but the Dell website does not have the driver on hand.

Device PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4353&SUBSYS_000E1028&REV_01\4&35f55ff7&0&00E1 requires further installation.
