My tv has green light coming down

macroop  if it is a single thin line then it is most likely a TAB error. That is where teh bond between the very thin ribbon cable form the LCD driver board to the LCD panel has failed. Those are non fixable by DIY methods. Sometimes you can remove teh line by putting some pressure on the flat ribbon cable on top of th panel exactly where the line is.

To ensure it is a TAB error take some pictures of what your screen shows and post those with your question. That way we can see what you see. Adding images to an existing question

Sometimes some downward pressure applied by some adhesive tape etc. can make them go away for a while at least. If you have trouble identifying the ribbon and Tab just post some more images of what you see on the top of your LCD panel. It should look something like the images I attached.
