Missing Case Screw MBP A1226

I'm missing a single screw for a macbook pro pan. It is one that goes on the sides, where the ports are. The screw I'm missing is the middle on the right side, but both sides looked like the same size. I only need one, not the whole set. Where can I get one? Many thanks.

OK, click on my icon, email me your shipping address, and I'll send you one. BTW you can live without one screw.

+ very kind of you

Hello!

Yes, oldturkey03 is correct. That is very kind of you, thank you. I will be sending that email soon.

I had all of the screws a week ago and at the end of installing a new hard drive I was missing one. I'm going to follow all of the iFixit directions a bit more closely now. When it says tape the screws down to keep them, I'll be taping them down!

PS The Hard Drive works great, it's a 1 TBer in a 2007 mac. Pretty cool.

The best place to look for the screw is around the magnets.

Your screw has been mailed. The head is just slightly thinner than the one in my MBP but after installing it I couldn't tell one from the other.

Package arrived today. Fits well, many thanks to you, mayer. I have your card posted on the fridge right where it belongs. I'm happy to have all parts in place. :)
