my tablet is samsung Tab s2 9.7 and it damaged by water so touch it’s perfectly work whole screen but the bottom of screen its kinda dark but not very dark like you can see the items ,so what should i do ?it needs new lcd?

Clean everything with a high grade isopropyl alcohol 90%+ and a soft brush. Use this guide Repairing iPhone Liquid Damage for that. It was written for an iPhone but all the points are still pertient to yours as well. Once done, you could reassemble it to re-evaluate or you can take your chances and repalce the screen Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 9.7 SM-T813 Screen Replacement since it seems to have taken most of the damage.
