Can you upgrade the motherboard on a Samsung S4? If so, is it tricky?

I have a samsung S4 that needs a new wifi chip. I was thinking it might be easier to simply swap out the whole motherboard. The thing was overheating and basically cooked itself, so I’m thinking that if I’m going to swap the boards anyway, I might as well upgrade the internal memory to 64gb if at all possible. Is this possible?

Phone was bought on Pixmania.ie, simcard was for the 3 network in Ireland. Not locked, not rooted yet.

If you have a 16gb logic board and and a higher capacity logic board you can simply swap the logic boards if they are the same model.

If the other board is a different model it may not fit or work.

You can't upgrade the storage on these logic boards easily because it requires replacing the flash memory chip on the board and reprogramming it with a flashing box so it would be easier just to replace the logic board with a working higher capacity one.

Cool, so in terms of me buying a replacement part, what do I need in this situation?
