Won't charge (no light) replaced battery, charger and magsafe DC

Macbook pro 13’’ mid 2010 ubibody

First I tried replacing the charger itself as the wires were frayed. Then I changed the magsafe DC because the old one was a black even after cleaning. Then I replaced the battery which worked, but my laptop was very slow and still didn't charge. Now my laptop is completely dead and I tried a smc reset, but now it's stuck on the loading wheel screen on boot up. There's no light on the magsafe and I'm pretty sure I installed it correctly (I followed a video).

Answer this question I have this problem too

I booted into recovery mode and it started up but gave me a message saying I'm on reserved battery and it doesn't show it charging. What's the next step after I'm in recovery mode?
