MacBook Pro 13 inch early 2011 Fan getting kicked on startup, SIL blin

Hi,

After all these years my MacBook pro suddenly ran into an issue, it is very weird that I am still able to use it, however I have an start up issue every single time.  Whenever, I try to awake my mac from deep sleep(overnight) or even shutdown(overnight), it does not turn on however, the SIL keeps flashing every time I press power button, and nothing happens (no chime). Meanwhile when I plug in my power cable, again SIL keeps on flashing in about every 2.5 seconds eventually; this time I only press the power button once and SIL keeps on flashing in every 2.5 seconds until the MacBook kicks fan at full speed with no display and SIL being stable this time. However, this time after few minutes I press the power button to force shutdown the mac and again press power button to boot the mac normally, sometimes I have to redo this process couple of times to be able to boot the mac normally.

I have already tried…

SMC reset

NVRAM reset

Replaced Old Memory with Newer

Replaced Hard drive with SSD

Thoroughly Cleaned the cooling Fan.

Disconnected the battery and pressed power button for 20 secs.

After trying all above internet suggested workarounds, I still have no progress and facing the same issue over and over again, which is very time consuming and irritating.

CONCLUSION:

Most of the time I can manage to turn on my mac either by powering it on with power cable plugged in which may take 10-30 mins and eventually start up with high fan noise but no display and again forcing it shut down and re-powering up again and repeating the process until I hear the startup chime; or sometimes even resetting the SMC will power it on normally. Mostly, this issue persists when I leave the mac on sleep overnight or leave it shutdown overnight. It doesn’t happen very often when I use my MacBook during the day even though when I leave it for an 1-2 hours of sleep. I am so sorry for the long post, just wanted to explain in as detail as possible. I love my 2011 MacBook and don’t want to spend $1500 on a new MacBook pro.  Please help me to figure out the issue. Thank You.
