Why is my screen like this and how can I fix it?
My screen is starting to pop off and I don’t know why I haven’t dropped it at all but it has taken some water damage

A picture would certainly help us in giving a definitive answer but if you phone has been water damaged, then I suspect the battery is inflating and putting pressure on the screen. Here are some examples.
If the phone is working fine, then you can replace the battery yourself by following this guide. If the phone is exhibiting other symptoms, you should consider having it looked at by a professional repair shop.
