Possible to use 16 GB RAM

Hello!

I have a Mac Book Pro 13" Mid 2010 and want to upgrade the book to 16 GB Ram. Is this possible or is onyl 8 GB the maximum. I have checked the internet and there I have seen that some people are writting that is possible and some say no.

Can you help please?
