I was charging my phone one day and than when i went to go take it off the charger my screen completely went blank. Now i cant c anything on my touch screen... As if it has a crack on the inside of the screen but i only had this phone for a week... i have no warranty on it so can somebody plz help me!!!???

Does your LG software still recognize the phone when you plug it in.? Try this and see if it works . Take the battery out of the back of the phone with your phone still on. Leave it out for about a minute or two. Hold the power button for 15sec and reinsert your battery. See if that restarts it. of course, also make sure that your battery makes good contact and that no corrosion or debris is interfering. Good Luck and let us know.
