Where are the Power-on pads for A1466 model MacBook Air 13" 2017?

I am looking for the power pads for the MacBook Air 13" 2017 Model: A1466. Does anyone know where I can find this? My device is not booting so I wanted to try this last step to see if it is a problem with the keyboard. Device can still charge, but otherwise, no boot.

Options

I have the same problem. I first disconnected the battery with the power adapter unplugged. Then once I re connected the power adapter it booted up. Hope this helps
