Power Issue Not Battery Related

When I plug the speaker up to a wall outlet and press the Blue LED the LED lights up for about 5 seconds and goes back off.

My first thought was the battery pack is dead or low. I tested the battery pack and it is good and holds the correct charge required. So, I unplugged the battery so I could bypass it, just to be sure, and plugged it into a wall. The speaker still lit up for about 5 seconds and died.

Just to be sure it was just the LED not working I plugged an audio source in to the aux outlet and it did not work. Nor did it show up in my Bluetooth devices.

So now I don’t have a clue what the issue could be. A wiring schematic would be nice. Or some advice.
