Transferring pictures from phone

Hi there,

My BLU_Studio XL2 phone was dropped. Since then, it will not light up or come on. I had not backed up. When I plug it in, it detects that my pictures are there; however, I don't know how to transfer them? Does anyone have any advice? Thanks so much!
