Will replacing logic board or ssd remove iCloud/efi lock?

I recently bought a late 2016 MacBook pro off craigslist with an iCloud/efi lock on it for $50. I'm hoping to make a profit off of it, and I'm wondering if replacing one of two things will do the trick:

1: Replacing the SSD with a brand new one

2: Replacing the logic board with one from eBay.

If either of these will work, please let me know because I really would like to make a profit off of it. If neither of these will work, does anyone know of anything I could do to fix it? By the way, it is locked with a 7-digit pin, not a 4-digit one.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Yes if you replace the motherboard it will work. I don’t really understand why every forum has a butt hurt person saying its stolen and to return it back. That’s not what this site is for, its for answers.

Try returning it to the person it was stolen from. Maybe they will give you a reward.
