after i replaced my battery with a 4000mah battery it wont recharge properly and it keeps switching between showing appel logo and Black screen..so what can have gone wrong..?

The iPhone 6 Plus comes with a 2915 MaH battery. For it to be 4000 MaH it would have to be physically larger by scale so it would not fit inside the phone.
Sounds like one of those high capacity advertised batteries with just a gold sticker slapped on it. It should be fine to use. Sounds like a defective battery.
Does the apple immediately disappear upon unplugging the charging cable? If yes the battery is faulty. Double check the battery connector just in case of it not being plugged in fully.

yes it is one of those high capacity battery and yes the appel disappear right after unplugging it

Boot loops usually indicate some sort of physical problem so unless there was something else wrong with the device prior, I'm with Ben in suspecting a defective battery.
Why did you replace the battery?
