Superglue on the fingerprint sensor

So i accidentally got superglue on my fingerprint sensor so it only works with one finger now unfortunately. However I read online that nailpolish remover can remove superglue off glass, but would the fingerprint sensor still work after putting nail polish remover on it? Or is there another way to get superglue off it without harming the fingerprint sensor?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Hi Callum,

I guess u can use a cotton swab soaked in some alcohol could work to remove the glue. Fingerprint sensors are fairly robust.

Keep me updated!

Please note that I don't have any experience with getting glue off a fingerprint sensor.
