itunes error -1 stuck on itunes logo

to start, I am a phone repair store, and a customer brought mt a 5se stuck on itunes logo. its never been opened and shows no sign on moisture. the only info i have is when they tried to update it failed and got stuck on itunes logo. i havent seen error -1 on a se yet but i know on newer models its a base band issue usually. im just wondering if anyone has had this problem on a 5se and if so did you find a solution? right now im thinking its either baseband, bb pmu, or tristar.

Have you tried restoring phone via itunes and 3utools?

yes both had the same result. on 3u tools it fails at 80% with error -1 as well

It's either baseband or BB pmu like you said.
