Sperating the lcd from the midframe

So i dropped my note 8 from a considerable height and smashed the back snapped the spen and ruined the volume rocker. I have bought new parts however my screen was in perfect condition so i didnt want to replace it. What is the best way to seperate it from the midframe of the phone ?

if the screen is ok you should be able to replace those parts without removing the screen, if you watch this video you will see that if you remove the back those parts could be changed under the motherboard https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Me76mxes...

Yeah the sides are battery and the volume rocker is destroyed, apparently the LCD is glued to the mid frame and separating it is difficult im just wondering if they are any solutions for that.
