PlayStation 2 SCPH 90004 USB Ports not working!

Okay so i a couple weeks ago i bought a ps2 slim 90004 1c for really cheap, i then send it to be modded with a chip, and everything works fine, except today i bought a ps2 eyetoy camera and when i connect it to my ps2 it doesnt fire the blue light on. I tried it on ps4 the light comes on also tried it on my pc it lights on. But then i connected a usb cable to charge my phone through ps2 and it doesnt give any power out. Any help please?

I am not aware of what "mod" was applied, but with no USB ports working, I would suspect the USB controller IC being defective. This can be replaced, but will require some specialized equipment. The shop that dis the MOD should be able to replace the IC as well.
