Black screen on MacBook 12inch model A1534, How do I fix it?

I have a macbook 12in Model A1534 2015, My macbook has a blackscreen, I connected it to a external monitor and does not distribute signal. The computer is on because the mouse allows me to click and the back is heated, Is there anyway I can fix it?

Since signal doesn't go anywhere it's very likely your screen is fine and the issue comes from the logic board side. Anything unusual happened to the Mac ? The A1534 Macbook is a very strange beast, very compact and pretty difficult to work on indeed, one of the Macs with lowest repairability score of 1/10 !!

If Apple's goal is to keep people out from their Macs, with this they've really excelled. Given the kind of fault and the difficulty involved in this case I'd really discourage anyone without a strong technical background from trying anything on a DIY basis. Although probably useless try resetting PRAM and SMC, just in case it's a low level software issue.

What if I was to change the logic board all together or does the logic board hold the ssd or memory card? Is there anyway to recover the files off of this pc? I'm quite good with desktops and laptops but macs are a new breed for me.

Logic board is a tiny thing with everything soldered on top, flash memory too. I can't think of anything to recover your data without actually seeing what's happening on the desktop. If I can think abt something intelligent I'll follow up. Hope meantime someone else can provide some insight on that.

Is there type of converter I can purchase to allow me to access the memory, like ones with that can be purchased for hard drives.

My 12" Macbook 2015 went into black screen by idle sleep in battery mode. There was still haptic feedback on touchpad but no keyboard back-lit. When I tried to connect to external monitor, there was no display too. At least, I knew that it won't be the display panel issue. I tried power on/off several times, no success.

Finally, it's resolved by resetting SMC.
