Key not working on the Yamaha MOXF6 keyboard

Yamaha MOXF6 all B and E note not working. I tried to restart, but problem is still there. I tried everything with softwer and not resolved it?

Hi @pianoplayer ,

You may have a problem with the power feed to the keys.

You need to check the following:

Check that the cable plugged into the CN-704 connector on the KEY-IF board in the keyboard is fully plugged in, especially at one end, as the power feeds to the E and B keys go out from the board on pins 11-&12 of the connector.

(I hope I have this right as I’m not musical but the power for all the notes (keys?) goes through this plug. The power is +5VDC coming from resistors R703 to R714 on the board, I have marked the connector pins and resistors).

If the power is OK leaving the connector then check that the cable is plugged in securely on the CN1 connector of the 61H board in the keyboard.
