Base unit of panasonic landline has no power ,hand sets are charged,

BASE UNIT NO POWER DISPLAY ON THE HAND SET.

Has Base unit damaged or What.?

Hi,

If the handset that is plugged into the base unit is showing charged, then there must be power available to the handset charge connectors in the base station, at least, or did you charge the handset in another charger point?

Can you still make and receive calls on the handsets?

If so have you tested some functions of the base unit to see if they are still working? e.g. listening to the "Greeting Message" (according to the User manual p.28 it is Menu #303. to exit press OFF.

If that works try some others to narrow down what works and what doesn't work in the base unit (if anything)

Just some ideas to find out what is going on with the base station.
