What part do I remove to bypass security?

Hi so im not actualy trying to break into my friends iphone 7 plus. but he did sell me an Iphone 7 plus and doesnt remember the password to the Iphone. Now while im not trying to breakinto his information I am trying to use this phone... what components or parts do I need to replace so this IPhone 7 plus can become just like new, So it no longer says "please enter the password" but its back to its factory settings...

and yes I did try to factory reset it but due to it being locked Its still locked with the password he cant remember

You basically need to change the logic board which is quite expensive.

To 'iCloud' unlock an iPhone it requires changing multiple main chips such as CPU, baseband, wifi chipset, NAND flash memory from one logic board to another.

And that is even hard for people experienced in micro-soldering to do, requires lots of tools and experience in board level repairs for iPhones.
