My audio isn't working

My phone is saying that I have headphones plugged in even though I don't

I've tried forcing a restart 4 times and that hasn't worked

I've looked into the place where an aux cable goes into and there doesn't seem to be anything in it

I just need some suggestions about how to fix it

Try cleaning the headphone jack with a q-tip dipped in isopropyl alcohol and see if that helps.

If not you'll have to replacing the charging dock assembly which has the headphone jack on it:
