My laptop is a hp 15 bs 212wm and it’s been stuck on administrative password or power on password . And I’m unable to disable that of my computer? Please help me access this off my computer

Rober Adams try something like this Reboot and enter 68842190 or any of the codes on here If you try it to many times your computer will give you a Halt code. Enter that one on here. let us know what you find out.

You could reset the BIOS to gain acess to your laptop and factory reset it
