Why is my robot turning off seconds after it powers on?

When I first power on my robot it plays a tune letting you know its turning on, as soon as the tune finishes the robot shuts off. Not really sure what caused it, it started all of the sudden while cleaning one day and hasn't worked since. I will add that it's a deebot R95 but there wasn't an option for this in the menu. Please help!!
