Wi-Fi antenna flex cable

I am needing a new Wi-Fi antenna flex cable for a Surface 3 (non-pro). I accidentally cut the left antenna cable ribbon during a screen replacement and need to get new one before putting on the screen. Does anyone know where I can get one? I can't seem to find one anywhere on the Internet. I've tried eBay, Amazon, Alibaba, parts4finder...

If anyone knows of a site where I can get this antenna I would really appreciate it if you could share it with me.

Or if someone has the antenna that would be willing to sell it to me that'd be great too.

The part number is:

Same problem here. Did you managed to find the new cable?

Same issue here. I read in a help group somewhere about someone with the same issue but for the Surface 4 and what they did was to make their own wifi antenna out of aluminium foil - and it worked apparently.

Maybe if you have a tear in the cable you could bridge it with foil?

Worth a try I guess as I can’t find this cable anywhere :(

I had the same issue, I managed to repair the cable using copper conductive tape purchased from Amazon. I carefully scraped away some of the insulating covering until I had a conductive surface on both pieces of the antenna. (Checked this using continuity mode on my multi-meter) then bridged the two pieces with the copper tape. Then I covered the repair with capton tape to insulate it. I reinstalled in the surface using capton tape to secure it and I did not use any screen adhesive in that area (to avoid making it too thick) I can confirm that the wifi is working perfectly again.
