My tablet fell and broke the cover screen and lost touch sensitivity

Replace my broken screen which have lost touch sensitivity cant do anything with it. Its dead please direct me where to locate a shop to buy another screen and revive my device since 2016 .I have tried to search for one but no fruits every time I don't get one. Please help dell venue 7
