Replaced camera now blurry

My camera didn't work anymore so I purchased one off eBay I just got it and installed it and it works now bur everything is blurry and out of focus

you need to reinstall the camera module.. it sort of clicks into the housing, If it's not in properly you get the out of focus effect. also check for mucky finger prints on your lens/cover. if it still fails to focus send it back. PS if you leave the silver L shaped bracket off it doesn't really matter, but if focus is the problem try putting it on again..
