It says here its a Ford Truck.

In regards to the issue, you need to get more information.

Has stopped working, how? Is it damaged? Did anything happen beforehand? An update or a bump? Is there any output signal from the device? Can you check voltage/current, or disassemble the unit?

Options

Try pulling the #2 fuse on the fuse panel located at the passenger foot panel It worked for me.
