Reversed batteries caused damage

I have bought one of these vape mods Joyetech Ocular C for only couple of months now, recently I've put the batteries reversed by mistake and I don't know what happened inside when I did that but the screen went blank off and it stopped working completely...do you have any idea how to get it fixed? If you can advise me and share a bit of your experience I would greatly appreciate it. Will wait for your reply, thanks.
