Why is the screen

I can't access my Comcast email anymore. The screen comes up and shows a list of the new emails but when I select one to view, the side of the screen that has the inbox, sent and the other folders, keeps enlarging and takes over the whole screen. Can this be fixed? Also the "keyboard" was about 2.5" x 3" is enlarged and now takes over half of the screen..
