After my uncle reset and updated my iPhone 5 to iOS 10.3.3 it got rid of my 21k photos and the 3 apps I had, Facebook, Kik and Flickr the other ten apps I deleted myself before I reset my iPhone 5, I know there are third party apps that can help get the data back does anyone know how they work and if it will work on my iPhone because I haven’t set it up as a new phone

You can keep asking the same question on this forum every day if you please, but the answer is just one: without a previous manual or icloud backup once you restore an iphone your content is wiped clean, gone, cancelled, erased, deleted, entered the data paradise, disappeared in electron's black hole, for ever and ever and if someone tells you about third party miracle software is just trying to fool you, for one reason or another. I'm sorry for you, but just forget about it, the sooner the better.
