How to remove/replace hard drive?

How do you remove hard drive from this computer? I.E. the drive doesn't want to move in any direction for removal. When I replaced the drive in my Toshiba it just slid down and out - this one doesn't move at all. What am i missing?

theres like a rubber sticker tab thing - be brave, just pull up and the whole unit comes out!
