Newly Replaced Power Supply Doesn't Power Logic Board

As the title states, I bought a brand new power supply for the display, but there is no voltage on any of the test points in the technician PDF.

I am measuring between these test points and the LCD screw holes.

Additionally, there isn't any voltage between these contacts on the power supply and the LCD screw holes.

Any suggestions?

Hi @warkentim

Im not sure if the replacement powerboard is really working well,

IMO when i see the power board pictures, something has caught on my eye, it might be glue or flux,

but experts do feedback sometimes those glue can be conductive after some time of use, perhaps carefully scraping it off.

just check this, hopefully is not corroded or burnt components.
