My iPhone has been updated to 10.3.3 however my 21k photos are gone h

I had 21,484 photos on my iPhone 5 but unfortunately after I reset my iPhone my Uncle had to restore it completely now I’m wondering how I can get them back because they bring back memories to me from back then when I was in college, can they be restored from iTunes

Login in to your appleID through your mac or your friends to access your iCloud drive and check if it restored. Some times iPhones backup when you are connected to wifi and plugged in

It can be recovered from iTunes from your mackintosh if you already have a back up of your iPhone processed earlier or you can restore it from the iCloud server if you have already backed up. Backups happen when your iPhone is plugged in and connected to wifi. Check your iCloud drive.

Unfortunately my iPhone 5 wasn’t backed up is there some third party app that can help me get the photos back
