Or I can clean it myself?

This has a howto video, but the program they use to reset the absorber looks like a service technician app, which might be a problem.

You can clean them yourself. I’ve done it on my G3400. Unscrew and remove the back panel. At the bottom on the left inside the printer are 3 pads layered on top of one another. The first one is folded in half. Remove them carefully, making note of the order and orientation for replacement. Soak them clean in alcohol, thoroughly dry and then replace in reverse order. Reset the printer with instructions in the link.

I cleaned them myself.....had to disassemble the whole printer to get out and wash the ink tank pads. I would prefer to get new ones!
