How to replace broken flat spring?

This flat spring in my glasses is broken and the local optician is not co-operative in repairs. Looks like a simple replace, but I don't really know how to search for this particular part. Some kind of flat spring. Photo of the broken part:

Looks like a popular brand, so I tried to find contact to the manufacturer, but I didn't even find their site.
